Spanish Language Classes

The Spanish program is designed for developing Spanish language proficiency in students from Pk3 - 8th grade; this program not only teaches students second language skills but also provides them with learning strategies that will help them in their studies in later years.

The student who acquires proficiency in more than one language:
* Thinks more analytically and creatively than monolingual peers
* Expresses enthusiasm and aptitude for problem solving
* Functions more confidently and cooperatively in culturally diverse settings
* Acts with greater awareness of self and other

In order to meet the challenges of the 21st century, parents and educators should take advantage of the many available opportunities and resources for second language learning for the benefit of children.
