Since 1986, I have been committed to raising the necessary funds to enable St. Jerome Catholic School to reach and maintain fiscal responsibility.
Donations: $68,000.00 (yearly donations) Grants: $30,000 (yearly)
Schaeffer Industries $650,000.00 (land donation),Pepsi-Cola, Amaturo Foundation, IBM, and Microsoft Coorporation

Philosophy of Education:
Schools are places where children go to find pathways for religious, moral and academic growth and success in their lifetimes. The greatest task before us is to instill in our youth a strong sense of self and purpose that endures in spite of their burdens. Our challenge, therefore, is to inspire and encourage students for lifelong learning.

-To serve as a mentor for students and teachers in the field of education
-To enrich my knowledge and appreciation of diverse cultures
-To increase my knowledge and professional growth in the field of education

Leadership Skills and Responsibilities:
As an educational leader, I strive to create a vision, maintain focus, strategize, inspire and empower. Through strong communication skills, I set high expectations for teaching, learning and discipline throughout the school. My responsibilities include:
- Instituting special school programs
- Observing, evaluating and addressing teacher and student performance
- Continually increasing the quality of instruction through a staff development plan
- Identifying and promoting student and staff development of leadership skills
- Developing a collaborative climate within the school as well as forming partnerships with civic, business and political leaders.

Principal's Wish List:
- New building to house: Science Lab, Language Lab, Art and Music Center and Gymnasium
-Multi-Purpose Room: For Students with Special Needs
- Enlargement of first through fourth grade classrooms

- The school has an educational endowment fund created with the support of the business community and the generosity of parents, grandparents, alumni and friends of the school. This family of friends share their time and talents so Catholic education can be a reality to many children. Today, the cost of education is increasing in very large proportions and must be shared with members of the community at large.
- Scholarships are vital gifts for the financial vitality of the school. Tuition only, cannot cover the total cost of all the educational needs of today's student. Every year, St. Jerome School invites friends, alumni, parents, grandparents and business community members to contribute toward the financial stability, growth and overall mission of the school.
