Father Curtis Kiddy

Fr. Curtis Kiddy, a native from Pittsburg, PA, graduated from catholic grade school, Ambridge Area Catholic, and the county catholic high school, Msgr. Quigley High School. Father Kiddy attended Duquesne University in Pittsburg, which is run by the Holy Ghost Community. Subsequently, he moved to South Florida.

 

Father Kiddy worked for the Rinker Firm and then entered St. Vincent de Paul Regional Seminary in Boynton Beach. He graduated and was ordained in May 1992. Father Kiddy has had several parish appointments in both Broward and Dade counties. Most recently he served as pastor Visitation parish in Miami Gardens.

 

Father Kiddy has been involved with preaching at retreats and has conducted missions locally. He is currently serving as chaplain for Marian Center, which is a school for mentally challenged children as well as adults. Father prides himself on being very approachable to those both inside and outside the Church.

Mr. David Revezzo - Principal

Mr. David Revezzo comes to St. Jerome’s School from St. Thomas Aquinas High School.  There he taught for 12 years and serves as an Academic Department Chair.  Mr. Revezzo attended Florida State University and received a Bachelor’s degree in Social Science Education.  Shortly after, he attended Nova Southeastern University for two advanced degrees.  First, in 2006, he received his Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction with an emphasis on technology integration.  Later, in 2008 he completed his Educational Specialist degree program in Educational Leadership.  Mr. Revezzo is also state certified in Social Science grades 6-12 and Educational Leadership K-12.

In addition to his professional qualifications, Mr. Revezzo is a product of schools in the Archdiocese of Miami having attended elementary and high school in Broward County. Because of his personal experience and developing his career in Catholic Schools, his passion for them is evident in his vision for St. Jerome School.  Working with the parish and school, he seeks to continue to build on St. Jerome’s reputation of excellence, enhance instructional technology effectiveness and continue the professional development of our teachers, all while holding steadfast to our Catholic identity and Christ-centered focus.
